I feel like Christmas was about a week ago, but yet we are plugging along and before we know it summer will be here.
I love the warm weather, but living in North Carolina I don't look forward to the humidity (it makes for bad hair days...at least that is what I am blaming it on).
So in general today is a pretty random day for me.
I am suffering greatly from allergies, but man does it feel good to sleep with the windows open.
So that being said I haven't felt much like baking and consequently don't have a good recipe for you.
