  2. Just made these today. I did use an egg instead of a flax egg. I also tossed in about 1/4 cup of cranberries just for fun. They came out really nice, though you might want to watch your time on baking. Mine were done in just under 20 minutes, baked at 425 degrees.
    I'll definitely be making them again.
